Here is a description of one project:

Challenge: To write home page and practice descriptions for a workers’ compensation/personal injury lawyer that sounds both professional and empathetic.

Solution: Wrote pages in first person to better communicate warmth and the personal attention potential clients would receive. Created a narrative that introduced the lawyer’s qualifications while keeping the focus primarily on the client’s needs and the benefits they’ll receive by working with lawyer.
